About the
Owner
Sarah Bibelhausen oversees the day-to-day operations and success of Julep Ranch's equestrian boarding. With over 8 years in corporate leadership, she holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Texas Tech University and the Project Management Certification.
Alongside her corporate experience and education, she has 15 years of equestrian expertise as an owner and rider. She spent her childhood from age 5 and up in the Kansas 4H Program where she honed her skill as an equestrian owner, caretaker, and showman. She started riding, training, and showing three of her own horses, eventually breeding, foaling, and raising a fourth on her family’s farm. She collaborated closely with her farrier and veterinarian to build knowledge of equestrian wellness and help keep her and her colleagues’ horses in peak shape.
Since moving to the DFW area seven years ago, Sarah has familiarized herself with several of the region’s equestrian facilities and built an extensive network of connections. Starting as a therapeutic riding volunteer at Mane Gait in McKinney, she immersed herself even further in the horse world as an employee and volunteer at Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship in southern Dallas.
While working at Julep Ranch and in her corporate role, she actively takes riding lessons at Brandon Clinton Sport Horses. Her network includes fellow riders, trainers, farriers, veterinarians, and barn owners across the North Texas region.
